Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange policy depends on product and store. Many of our products are non returnable/eligible for exchange unless damaged while receiving it. That is mainly because we respect our artisans and we put lot of efforts to convince them to sell online, otherwise they are not really interested to sell online. We communicate with each customer via email before shipping the product and make sure you are choosing the right product.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be damaged, please make a video while opening the package. Send the video clip to showcase product is damaged when you received it. We provide refund if you don’t want to go for an exchange. Otherwise ship the undamaged item again.

In case if refund, to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

Sanchaari will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

Sanchaari follows a 3 days refund policy. You can contact us for refund/exchange within 3 days of delivery.

We don’t allow anyone to misuse the refund policy. Several customers want to abuse the refund policy by sending their old broken items back to us.

To avoid such issues, you will need to send a photo or video of the actual problem depending on the situation before we authorize the refund. You can send a message to our support email . Any genuine customer having a valid reason will never have any issues with this policy. This policy is to curb customers who try to cheat us using different tactics.

Once your refund/exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the manufacturer address we provide.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can stop the order from being processed and dispatched. All cancellations will incur a 10% or 100 cancellation fee, whichever is greater, to cover transaction fees. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact customer service for an RMA request if the order you wished to cancel was dispatched.
